Welcome! We are so excited that your child will be coming to Emily Dickinson for kindergarten. Our staff is passionate about giving each child a fantastic start to their education. We strongly believe in building relationships prior to school starting, and so we have several events planned:

August 23, 2023 ~ Kindergarten Social ~ 2:00-3:00pm 

Come and meet the kindergarten teachers and enjoy getting to know other kindergarten students.

August 30, 2023 ~ Teacher Assignment Day

Parents will receive an email from the school with their child's teacher name.

*Teachers will communicate your students group assignment (GROUP A or B)

August 31, 2023 ~ All School BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT ~ 5:00-6:00 PM

This event is for parents/guardians and kindergarteners!  Students will meet their teacher, see their classroom, and meet classmates!

September 8 ~ First Day of School for Kindergarten Students in GROUP A*

September 11~ First Day of School for Kindergarten Students in GROUP B*

(Students in grades 1-5 start on September 5th).
